Locationdevoiture.fr published its annual list of car rental companies, based on the opinion of its customers.
The ranking of lessors established by the comparator Locationdevoiture.fr evolved this year with the strong performance of Sixt going from third to first place in France. Europcar is installed on the podium, derrrière its German rival. Enterprise, the winner of the previous year, so got third, but always with an excellent rating, or 4.29 of 5.
Internationally, the ranking reveals few surprises. Alamo National continues to lead. Conversely, Interrent and Firefly, the "low cost" of major brands Europcar and Hertz signs, close the ranking.9 out of 10 customers satisfied
Overall, the balance of 2014 remains quite positive, says the comparator, with nearly 9 out of 10 customers are satisfied with the delivery of 136 evaluated lessors.
The study is based on 4801 reviews from guests who booked their rental car at the site, and restored their vehicle in 2014. An email was sent to these customers, they evaluate the lessor in three ways: vehicle condition, speed of service, service and hospitality.
